Learning Council Meeting

Matters Arising From Last Time:
• Letter banners are almost done, just need colouring now ~ we had a look at what has been done so far and many of us volunteered to help do this
• Perfect Presentation award ~ Chair is waiting for the next meeting of pupil parliament to discuss this
Points from the meeting:
• Squirrels ~ enjoying learning about: subtraction and part-part wholes; adding; gymnastics ~ balances to make buildings; painting Van Gogh’s pictures
• Badgers ~ enjoying learning about: converting measurements; sound in science; writing persuasive letters in English; basketball in PE
• Owls ~ enjoying learning about: writing imaginative stories and linking these with each other; using Lego digital designer in computing; different passes in PE
Actions/ Suggestions:
• Could we have a class learning council box for children to put things in that they are enjoying learning about/ any suggestions about their learning ~ children to bring in a box for these and then we can label these
