Very blustery outside – but in the classrooms the children are snug and warm – and getting engaged with their learning.
School Uniform is available from the school office and the Friends have an excellent stock of pre-loved uniform. Please ensure that all uniform is named – we have lots of unclaimed and unnamed sweatshirts in our Lost Property box.

There will now be a collection box in the reception area of the school for the Thetford Foodbank based at the Charles Burrell Centre. Currently 1 in 5 of the UK population is living below the poverty line. Needed goods include: sugar, fruit juice, soup, pasta and sauces, toiletries, cereals, T bags, coffee, rice, treats… When you can, please drop in a donation.

Rabbits – For his fantastic work in maths on halving
Squirrels – For creating a detailed spider diagram of adjectives in his English lesson
Badgers – For persevering with telling the time in maths – she’s cracked it!
Owls – For her creative writing when describing mummification in history.
Rabbits are learning the properties of shapes in maths this week.
The Squirrel Class will be writing riddles.
Badger class are using money in maths.
Owls have a practise SATs week as well as preparing for their class assembly on Friday.
