Rabbits – For coming into school with such a big smile and making his family and teacher very happy
Squirrels – For his excellent knowledge of the body – veins and arteries
Badgers – For using wonderful adjectives to describe ‘paradise’ in her writing
Owls – For challenging herself and helping others in maths.
This week the Rabbits are talking about their families. Don’t forget that Miss Garland will be delivering a parent and carer workshop on teaching and learning phonics on Thursday at 2:45!
In the Squirrels class we are writing stories about an animal coming for tea.
Badger class are planning and writing our own version of Dinosaurs and all that rubbish by Michael Foreman.
Owls will be practising SATs, working with negative numbers and experimenting with forces. Mrs Smithson will be hosting a Kingswood information session for parents, carers and children on Wednesday at 3:30.
On Friday we have the Macmillan Coffee Afternoon – cakes being served from 2:30. Hope to see you there.
