Our focus value for our Collective Worship this half term is Thankfulness and our Keeping Children Safe in School theme is Water Safety.
We welcome Mrs Lesley Daniel to the school as our Ofsted Inspector. Please use the opportunity to express your comments and observations through the Ofsted Parent View – look at the Blog from yesterday for further information.
Please note that there will be a parkour after school club in the school playgrounds for the older children on a Tuesday… so watch out!
We are having an outside Learning Space built near the Owl classroom this week. Financed by a National Lottery Grant, the building will provide a place for staff and children to use all year around to support the curriculum. The church group can hold prayer groups here, the local Art Group use the building as a base for painting in the open and the local Brownie pack hope to run some of their outdoor activities too. This will mean another skip and van on the top playground for a week – but the nuisance will be worth it!
